the dark does not seem dark enough,
the brightness is just right.
when its not about proving that you tough,
and troubles seem to give up without a fight.
the smile comes on instinctively,
the head feels lighter.

am i getting in terms with things happening lately?
or was last night's moon unusually lovely ?
or was the morning sky much less gray?
or is it the smile you gave me yesterday?
well not sitting down to analyse,
its just a beautiful day :)

someone coming here would wonder how angry a person am i.

maybe this is my 'count one to ten' when u upset or maybe not.
turn and walk away with a smile.
maybe it'd never spill out,never is meant to. never thought it to be worth the effort.
but it does not belong inside.
the splash not visible to anyone but the chosen few.
the rest may just feel it as ripples if they ever do ;)

got wind

like a wisper through the crack,
so faint from the corner in the back.
if we'd missed it we'd never know,
there nothing here we'd say,lets just go.

but we caught it,
no it was not gone,
that faint wisper caught to stir up the storm.
its moved everything,
from peripheral, to those deep within.
all is changing,and forever will.
know it now,its nothing ill.

physics ?

energy cannot be destroyed,
it just changes from one form to another.

every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

are these physics lessons i ought to have have not forgotten?
or rather remembered more often?

new year!

the footwear i was wearing made my feet hurt!
sat down on the window sill,
the crowd and noise made me instinctively turn my head away,drew the curtains little and glanced outside.
contrast?
similar?
inside people partied hard celebrating the new year and out were people selling cigarettes and driving rickshaws

in:was dark it was the dance floor
out:it was dark, the night with only the street lights.

in:people who paid 8000 to be in there just for new year's eve
out: people who'd not earn this much even in 2 months

in:people dressed in their best, maybe one of the several tens or hundreds.
out:people who thought they were lucky to have clothes on

in:who'd say no to the waiters with trays full of food cause they'd had enuf.
out: who'd never had food enough.

in:who had no limit on their drinks a lot of choice to add to it.
out: who probably have to fight even for their day's share of water.

in: who were away from family cause its time to party with friends
out: who were away from family cause its time to earn.
